Introduction

Welcome to The Oza Woman’s platform! Below, we’ve outlined the terms and conditions for our Ready-to-Wear (RTW) service and Consultation service.

READY-TO-WEAR SERVICE

Delivery Policy

Processing Time:

Please allow [(24-48 hours) for Abuja, (3-4 business days) for inter-state, (4-5 business days) for U.K, (5-10 business days) for U.S.A, (5-10 business days) for Australia] for order processing. During sales and high volume periods, processing times may extend.

Shipping Rates:

Calculated at checkout and vary based on location. International orders will have varying prices due to courier service.

Pre-Order Items:

Items labeled ‘PRE-ORDER’ start processing on the indicated date in the product description.

Dispatch Notification:

If no dispatch/delivery notification is received within the specified processing time, please email theozawoman@gmail.com with your order number.

Item Not Received:

Allow an extra (2 business days) before contacting for undelivered orders. Refunds won’t be issued for lost packages, but items will be resent if the package is untraceable.

Customs and Duties Charges:

International shipments may incur duties and taxes imposed by the importing country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy:

No refunds for bespoke or bridal pieces. Original priced RTW items can be exchanged for store credit if unworn, unwashed, and unaltered within (24 hours for Abuja, 72 hours for outside Abuja).

Stockpiling:

Dresses left unclaimed for 3 months will be donated to charity due to limited in store storage capacity.

Import Duty Tax:

For dresses shipped abroad, kindly understand that import duty tax is the client’s responsibility.

Cancellation:

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. You cover the delivery cost of returns and exchanges.

Delivery Charges Refund:

Refundable only for faulty goods. Allow 5-10 business days for processing damaged merchandise refunds.

Sale Items:

All SALE items are FINAL SALE with no returns or exchanges.

COVID-19 Measures:

Returns are temporarily quarantined for 72 hours before processing.

CONSULTATION SERVICE

All consultations are virtual unless requested, conducted via email, teams, zoom, Google meets, iMessage, WhatsApp, or FaceTime. Book consultations 6 months before the event for planning. Consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fittings done after work hours will incur extra charges.

Home Service Consultation Fees:

Within Abuja: $150/hour (excluding transportation).
Out of Abuja: $300/hour (excluding transportation and accommodation).
Outside Nigeria: $500/hour (excluding transportation and accommodation).

For haute couture styling services –

We charge $250 per look in The Oza Woman!
Minimum Booking: A minimum of 3 looks per day is required for this service.
Fabric Retrieval: We retrieve the fabrics as soon as the photos are taken to maintain exclusivity.
Mood Board: We’ll create a mood board that best explains the overall looks envisioned.
Service Inclusions: Please note that we do not provide a photographer, hairstylist, makeup artist, location, etc. However, we can recommend professionals if needed.
– Couture-Only: This service is exclusively couture, where outfits are created on the spot using drape and temporary stitch techniques.
– Terms of Engagement: You are required to fill, sign, and return our terms of engagement, which will be sent to you in a separate document. This ensures clarity and agreement on the terms of the haute couture styling service.
